Comrades!

March? Where was the February update? Alas, a disastrous computer
crash left me with no machine for almost two weeks and while all
files were safely backed up, what was lost was time, not least in
catching up, and the update had to wait.

Still, as a chunky big preview the website now has an overview of
Moscow, a city thriving for the moment thanks to its princes' canny
and cynical policies, where ambition and danger go hand in hand.
