Yahoo have now decided that all groups need to be active once every ninety days,
otherwise they will remove them - which, I suppose, is fair for "dead" games,
but a bit difficult for games like thse! I am therefore going to start sending
a monthly "reminder" message that should satisfy these requirements.

There will be a new Murder at Christmas Game this coming Christmas. The same
rules will apply, but the setting will be different.

Priority will be given to last years' players ('cos you were wonderful), but
there will certainly be other slots available. Once again, I am aiming for
10-12 players who will undertake to post at least once a day between December
22nd and January 6th (with Christmas Day and Boxing Day off, if you want).

Old players can either keep their old characters (with new secrets, I think), or
create wholly new ones. If you are playing an old character, we will establish
whether you know the other old characters involved (i.e. does Oswald =remember=
Lucinda and that nasty affair at Sir Wallace Emerson's?).

It's much too soon to think about this really, but hopefully this should keep
Yahoo happy until we all go crazy at Christmas - and please just start deleting
these messages - or move to Web only!
