Description
Role Playing at the Final Frontier......
This group is dedicated to supporting the FASA Star Trek Universe.
The FASA Star Trek Universe is a very different place to the contemporary 'canon' Star Trek Universe. When the RPG was published, the only source material available was a couple of movies, the animated series and the classic original series. As such FASA drew on what material they could, extrapolated a lot from the limited information available, and made up everything else - the result was a unique version of the Star Trek universe which was an amazingly coherent and immensely fun in which to roleplay or fight ship combat.
The files section contains updated and corrected FASA gaming statistics for various starships to 2295. We have tried to stay true to FASA design, but have also extrapolated and expanded upon existing information. At times FASA's ship statistics did not completely follow the rules; these ship updates try to address this.
The forum is available to discuss FASA ship construction, or for other Star Trek related topics. Your input is greatly desired! We hope that you enjoy perusing the work located here. Please read the first post in the Messages section for a complete introduction. Membership must be approved by the Moderator, but please don't let this discourage you. It is to filter spammers only.
This group is produced in association www.VintageStarships.org. For the FASA E-group that started it all, visit FASA Star Trek Universe E-Group.
Also be sure to check out Morena's affiliated groups, Mustaka Shipyards and Salazar Shipyards.
