Dont you just hate it,when you are invited to a group, after you have
sought them out,based on thier ads, which took years to develope,
only to fing the real persons in the game , are nothing like those
advertised!

When you aspend years, developing a meg super character, and aa game
manager , doesent have the ability to discern your singlularity as
a "role" from your awesome "character", which is actually your best
qualifications for playing the "role"? And this is of course after
they have advertised for strong players, good characters, and great
writing imaginations! This is not even mentioning the other things
advertised,like "great roles" free-form,"made-ups",and excitement!
These dried out dysfunctional systems, are about as exciding as
cardboard!

Now ,this advertisers site,is awesome, and has a great concept, and
has more potential, than all of those stale clones, of cardboard
cutouts!

I will attempt to write  a short description, of my character,
however this will be difficult!

When i started , gaming ,almost two years ago, i knew nothing! I have
suffered cruelly for this fact! However, i studied computers offline
for twenty years before, and only the internet was ,new to me! I
catch-up very fast! When i first started, i noticed two things, were
constant patterns! Some things went verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry fast, and
some things went verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry slow!

The thing which is constant and goes very slow is called (T H E M E)!
The thing which went very fast is called "C H A R A C T E R"!

I noticed that the theme was always associated with all levels  all
the way to the top,and no one seemed to know where the bottom was! I
certainly did not! Itwas then i realized how the "C H A R A C T E R",
was always the key ingredient at the lowest levels! I realized i did
not know how to make a character on the internet , roleplaying
system! Howeveer, i was overjoyed, for in my twenty yeaars of
language studies, i was very adept at character creation and control!

This allowed me an excellent, and verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrry, fast
acelerant, for my character abilities, i had already learned ! My
Character "CHICO GRINGO SEGUNDO", came from this experience, and
skill! he has all the experience , of studying fro twenty years,ij
the language and culture of foreign worlds! This experience, is
identical to the world wide web environment, and to the role playing
system!

At this time i am able to roleplay in the spanish arena, as well as
do business, and live in general! I also ,therefore, have the exact
same(although more enhanced), skills in english! It is at this point
where i found the identical similarity between roleplaying a group,
role playing the world(s), and roleplaying the world wide web, were
all the same concept! It is called "LURKING" and those whom use it
are called ,"LURKERS"! I have a website dedicated to "LURKING"! This

I noticed how "always", only the "great ones", the heroes, the
villains, and the canons, were ever respected, and there was never
any lower levels, or any respect for them! I have designed a complete
(mega game) system, based on this truth, and  the video game i
studied to get the details!  There will be no link here either! What
i want to express , is the "T H E M E", FOR THE GAME SYSTEM!

My game system "T H E M E". IS "SPACE CONQUEST AND COLONIZATION"! The
system of using theme to controll all levels of communications, and
interaction, from character, to complete system, also showed me how ,
all the details in between, are exactly that"DETAILS", AND SHOULD BE
LEFT TO THE GAME TO UNCOVER, NOT THE RULES! And to do this
the "CHARACTER", must be  roleplayed by a strong willed, intelligent
person, and the "CHARACTER" must be a strong character, and rely on
his unique self, in order to create and maintain a "ROLE', based
solely on "T H E M E"!

This formula allowed me to create a character based on the two common
absolutes, for Roleplaying, group, game, internet and world, all from

storyline, i am not the goal, i am not come to steal nor destroy your
game<(which was already lame before i arrived, as the best part of

We have all seen the shows about the Mafia. Who didn't like the Godfather but
what if you had to live through it all?



In the city called Haven the Mafia has gain controlled. People walk the streets
in fear each day over the next target. Hoping they will be able to get out of
the town, before their lives come to an end. The police are no help. They have
their hands tied around their backs and what little they can do isn't much. Not
when the Police Commissioner and the Chief of Police are in their back pockets.



There are still the few good men and woman who can't be bought. Working almost
day and night to help the town and rid them of this mafia family. They are now
not the only ones. A blood war has come to Haven when the Aceveda family arrives
seeking revenge against the Vinchenzo family. It started with the deaths of
Carlito and his wife Bella, followed by the attacks by on his only child.
Unknown to all Elizabeth had married Vinciguerro, Carlito's right hand man who
willing stepped up to the plate.



Now the war has started as Antony Vinciguerro and the Vinchenzo family exact
there revenge against Maria Aceveda and the Aceveda family.



That was only the beginning of it as the truth begins to unfold.  A set up, so
well planned that no one suspected it until it was to late when the Ivonovich

Horror/Gothic RPG.

       Set in modern times.

       The girl appears in Ash's dreams, in reflections - any reflective surface,
really - and sometimes even in real life, although no one else seems to notice.
Sometimes they do, though.

       Unable to purge her, Ash has had to turn to his own memories to figure out
who she is.

       Christina Matheson was Ash's first kill, when he didn't go by the name
Ash, but rather as William Calder. He had just been turned, and she was a sloppy
kill.

       Giving her time to espcape, although neither William nor Christina could
know it at the time. This was almost a hundred years ago, and know Christina has
found a way back.

       Except that even she was not powerful enough to come back on her own. She
had to 'piggyback' on another power, one that has been partially drained because
she came along for the ride. It's power allows her to manifest herself, but not
as a corporeal being. She can be seen, but not even heard, although she doesn't
realize that no one can hear her.

       She comes to William, unaware of his new identity, aware only of what he's
been turned into. And that the she's connected to the new power, and William,
and so the power will eventually go after him.

       She wants to warn him... for a price.

       To know why she died, and for his help in restoring her completely to the
world.

       *** Other backstory notes - William and Christina were aware of each other
since they lived in the same English town when they were both alive, but didn't
know each other.

       Also, Christina didn't come back as good or evil - she came back as she
was before. She doesn't know if the power has good intentions or not, but she
knows more about it than anyone on Earth does.

       She was also in a purgtory - read nothingness - for the hundred years or
so it took her to get back.

Cherry Island Academy

On a distant tropical island called Cherry Island, there are three
schools: a high school, a middle school, and an elementary school.
The entire island is school property, so there aren't any residents
there that aren't affliated with the school.

Gardner High School is your typical urban-suburban high school in
Bradford, Massachusetts, with all the usual cliques and the
hostilities caused by such. The home of the Gardner Lions, which
colors blue and yellow represent the high school to which the
various sports teams belong to. Welcome to a place where the teenage
population face the problems and daily existential questions every
American teenager faces, wherever they are. Welcome to a high school
where students and teachers are forced to co-exist, some better than
others. Just step inside and see if you want to establish a
permanent residence in Bradford, Massachusetts and attend Gardner
High School where you can be sure to find both good and bad times.
But, then again, no one ever told you life is perfect... --- This is
a play by e-mail Role-Playing Game which setting is the Gardner High
School and the town of Bradford. The game will focus on the senior
year of various students, from its beginning, through the prom and
senior trip, and ending with their high school graduation. The
players are requested to play at least two student characters (one
male and one female). If you have trouble creating a new character,
don't worry, we have plently of well-developed pre- made characters.
You can also adjust the pre-made characters to some degree, to suit
your tastes.

Teachers, the Principal and Assistant Principal, parents, townsfolk
and such are also open if anyone is interested.

This game will only accept serious and mature players, and *one

World Alliances and Rivalries (WAR for short) is a political roleplaying game
set in the modern day. You, as a player, play either the head of government,
one of his appointees, a legislator within a country in the world, or a
terrorist organization. Whether it's the sprawling nation of Russia or the
miniscule
nation of San Marino, you make the decisions that decide your nation's place
in the world. Anyone can dream of success...but can you create it?

Despite the abbreviation, WAR is about a lot more than simply wars, although
they do happen occassionally. WAR is about the entire spectrum of global
politics and diplomacy, from trade to negotiations to brokering peace in trouble

This is a group for telling odd little stories.  Each story will have
a taleteller, who writes for the world the story is in and a player,
who write for the protagonist.  There should be no more than one or
two players, to keep the stories moving and also to give them a small
and intimate feel that centers on the main characters.  The members
should all be decent, creative writers.

The stories are freeform in that there are no dice or stats, but
role-playing in that there is a "moderator" who decides the results of
the actions the "character" tries to take.  It is up the storyteller
to keep the tale going in the right direction.  They CAN determine
what happens, instead of rolling for results, because they are
responsible for the form and nature of the story.

The stories here are to be difference than most writing groups.  We
are looking for strange, little gothic tales with tinges of writer
Susan Cooper, director Tim Burton, writer R. Dahl, and even a little
tiny bit of the Twilight Zone and the Tales From the Crypt comics.
They do not have to be horror, but they should have an odd, possibly
gothic feel to them.  They protagonists most likely will not be
barbarians or amazing magic users, but a lonely little girl, or an old
janitor who is near retirement, or a widower trying to fit back into
his hometown, or a young couple who just moved into a mysterious house.

I would like each prospective member to write me a few paragraphs
stating what kinds of stories they would like would like to write and
if they can be storytellers or not.  I would like a sense of their
style as well.  A writing sample is necessary, but need not be a new
construct.  I will be posting this e-mail to the group if when a new
member is accepted, so that others can get a feel for what kind of
writer they are and what kind of stories they want to write.  I will
be taking part in stories as well, but I want to hook up others who
are good writers, so I can read the stories they come up with.

The file section will be open and I encourage anyone who is a player,
rather than a storyteller, to write a bio. for their character and
stick it in this section.  This will help the storyteller!  Be detailed!

associated that growl with life. That hated of all things. The living
had something that Jeannie didn't and Jeannie wanted it. Her base
functions told her that she needed to feel the warmth of the living
blood in her mouth and throat. If she couldn't experience the vigour
of life then no-one should and, if Jeannie had her way, no-one would.
She moaned deep in her airless throat. No longer did her lungs
inflate with air ... no longer did her heart beat, sending that once
precious fluid pumping through her veins ... no longer did her throat
work to drain her mouth of saliva for Jeannie no longer salivated.
Yet she still hungered ... a desperate hunger for that which was now
denied her ... life!!
Jeannie and her ... companions ... shuffled their uncoordinated way
towards the food source. The scent was different to that which they
had already tasted and, had she the capabilty, Jeannies mouth would
have streamed with drool as, in some distant part of her brain, she

left or to do a 360 and barrel back through the shambling beasts
behind and leave town again.'
