So you want to present a sunny, cheery, optimistic point of view of
Arcanis? Who are you and what have you done with Jarad?
This sounds like a Meta-Organization. I believe the meta-org
document is going to be released with 3.5 conversion. Also, the
goals of this organization sound similar to the goals of the
Followers of the Azure Way. Ask Scott for confirmation, he is more
familiar with the specifics of each secret society.
That all said, it sounds like a cool idea. Is this a player
organization or a character/in play organization?
