Metal Storm rule system for Modern and WW2 wargaming in 15mm are being played worldwide and were nominated for the Best New Rules category at Origins In the USA. They will continue to be available and supported as they are the best innovation in rules for the periods.

Times change and since MS came out I have been working on a completely new and revolutionary system that will allow wargamers to learn one set of core mechanics and be able to play virtually all wargaming periods. A tall order? Not if the mechanics are designed to be period malleable from the outset it isnt, I hope I have now created that system. Its innovative but still plays in a traditional way, it will be user friendly to not only tabletop wargamers but board gamers too, crossing that famous divide. The system is designed and a new website will be coming on line soon: www.TacticalHex.com The first period covered will be Modern and soon after will be WW2, followed by Napoleonic then English Civil War. That won’t be the end, American Civil War, Ancients, Medieval, Great War, Sci-Fi, Victorian Age and C18th will add to the system.
