I've had good luck with Simple Green. Just don't leave the plastic in there for more than 24 hours. It gets kinda soggy some times. Unless their glued down ...

Hmm, for the skin I would suggest adding a bit of brown to the green. Also the skin needs a bit of a glaze to bring it together, the layers are too obvious....
