Hey everyone I thought you might be in need of some information on
times for our big weekend.
The "Golden Gears" Painting Contest Sign in times are from 11AM to
12:30 on Saturday with a first cut happening at 1:30, a final cut at
3:30 than an awards program at 5PM with Pick Up right after unless we
need any additional pictures.
League Play on Saturday will have a sign up from 11AM to Noon. Play
will go on the top of every hour from Noon until 7PM with an awards
program following probably around 7:30PM.
Sunday's Steamroller event will have a sign in from 10AM to 11AM with
five rounds to follow. I see this ending around 6:30/7PM with awards
and clean up after.
I have seen the trophies and they are great. The painting trophies
are blue ribbon trophies with our logo in the center and the
Steamroller trophies are a golden laurel with our logo in them. These
and the prize support from Privateer are really going to make this
special! FYI we will be taking photographs all weekend for an after
report for No Quarter Magazine.
