“Dallas has been home to the Sabbat & Werewolves for decades. Recently both of those factions have mystery vanished with no clues identifying why they disappeared. A year has gone by and the Sabbat & Lupines have still not returned. The Camarilla has now decided to strengthen the Ivory Tower and take Dallas county. Justicars have spoken to Archons who have spoken to Princes & Primogen and Camarilla representatives have been sent to Dallas to establish a new Camarilla City and find out what happened to the other supernatural that had resided in Dallas before the mysterious disappearance. You have been selected for whatever reason to come to Dallas and establish a Camarilla presence."
