Next event here in Phoenix where you can get a membership card would
probably be Phoenix ConGames (
http://www.conevents.com/page/phx/main.asp ), but if you can't attend
that, they should have them any Shield of Almor meeting (first Sunday
of every month at Imperial Outpost Games, except next month because of
Phoenix Con Games).
