Since both versions of Second Wind are identical, other than the text
that says you don't need an action point, you can use either one;
there's nothing mechanically different in the usage of either version.
If someone will post the text for both versions of Bane of My Enemies,
I'll let you know on that.
Oh, and I messed up the XP cost for crafting in the DC example. Oops.
