Living_Greyhawk : Message: Extra Spell

Hey folks,
Just so you are aware, the feat Extra Spell cannot enable a caster to
learn a spell not normally on their spell list. Consider this official
for the Living Greyhawk campaign, and keep this in mind when
converting your characters.
