I interpret the text as follows. To qualify for this PrC, you must:
1. Have access to one of those four domains - either selected one
as a starting domain or was granted one via a pclass.
2. Be of sufficient level/stats to cast a spell from that domain.
3. Able to cast the spell from that domain as a divine spell.
Don't take the PrC if you don't meet the above requirements as I
expect clarifications from WotC down the road will verify my above
interpretation.
