It depends on where he is...

The LFR POC for the Northeast region..is me! pseckler13@... (basicly from
Maine to DC)

He should join http://games.dir.groups.yahoo.com/group/lfrneusa to find
localized yahoo groups (such as Baltimore-RPGA or DC-RPGA or whatever) and
general info.

The LFR POC for Southeast region is Mike Lee michalejameslee@... (fwhich
stretches from VA to ..Florida or something).

Of course he's welcome to join both...
