At the upcoming game day, this Saturday at Clems, I will putting on demos of
Fantasy Flights new Arkham Horror game "Mansions of Madness". I've read the
rules multiple times and have played through it twice. I find it a quick and fun
mix of a board game with role-playing aspects.

Many of you have already received the Dominion card lists for the March 5th
tournament but I will post them here as well.

There will be two games ran with card set "A" and two with card set "B" then a
final two game match with the four tournament leaders.

As usual there will be a $5 entry fee that Clem's will add $2 too for tournament
payout. Stash promo cards will be available.

The final table set will be randomized.

After round 4 we will take the top half of the players (rounded up to a number
divisible by four, so out of 20 the top 12; 12 the top 8 etc.) who will play a
5th and 6th round with cards made up from the previous two rounds before
determining the top four for the final table. The final table will be a random
set made from cards not previously used.

This Saturday is the Clem's open board gaming day. We will be at the sub shop
next to Celm's from 1:30 till we run out of things to do.

April 9th (again at 1:30 in the sub shop) we will be running our third Ascension
tournament. Promo cards are available to all those who attend. Tournament fee's
will be $5 with all the money collected, plus $2 per entrant donated by Clem's,
going towards the prizes for top placing participants. One prize will be paid
out for every four participants.

May 14th will be the Dominion tournament. Sub shop - 1:30. An open game day for
May is currently in the planning stage.

Reminder - this Saturday is our next game date and we are meeting at
Clem's which is an easy commute to Lansing - 216 South Washington
Square.  The restaurant next door is where we game and they'll give
you unlimited refills and makes some good wraps or sandwiches
depending on which kitchen they have fired up.

Starting time is 1PM as usual.

We've had over 20 gamers for the past few game dates - hopefully you
can join us!

Lansing Board Gamers is meeting this Saturday/tomorrow @ 1PM at Clem's
in Lansing (technically Downtown subs next door).  One paid drink and
free refills all day.  You'll have the option of Clem's frequent buyer

This Saturday 4-30-11 at 1:30pm will be Clem's second Resident Evil Deck
Building Game tournament. If you've not tried this game you're in for a decent
alternative to games like Dominion or Thunderstone. If you're a fan of the
series you know it's more about survival than victory and this game mimics that
quite well. You should be able to find tournament details at the Clem's website.

Our next Dominion tournament is quickly approaching (May14th). The card sets
will be posted soon (hopefully by May 4th). The tournament should run from 1:30
to about 4:30. Open gaming will be held during and after the tournament untill
10pm or so.

I've got a work trip planned to Berlin in a few weeks and plan on visiting a
game store or two while I'm there. If anyone has their eye on any Germany-only
games, I'd be happy to bring them back for you. I can't make any promises that
I'll be able to find what you want (my time to hunt down games will be limited),
