Welcome Paul.
As Tim say's for skirmish games the best bet is to find on eBay the small
rulebook that comes with Mines of Moria set. WoTR deals with larger battles
which you WILL progress to as the normal wargamers meglomania kicks in and you
end up with to many models that you want to use :)
