In a nutshell, this is a community polling project to guage the opinion of LFR members on various topics, primarily relating to rules.

We're beginning round 2!
Timeline:
Two weeks of submitting topics (2/2 - 2/13)
Craft poll (2/14 - 2/15)
--> Voting (2/16 - 2/23) <--
Wrap up and publish (soon afterwards)

The second round of polling is open in LivingFR Yahoo! Group. You must be a member to vote. Polls close February 23. Please vote!

... I thought about it, but at least two people didn't agree with that. They used "transfer" and "place" differently to stop the minion killer effect, but

... I did ... switch to ... You may wish to include the consequence that a warlock can multiply curse targets if place and transfer are considered different
