ALL HOUSES REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING EXPANSION PACKS...University, Nightlife, and Open for Business.Any holiday houses also require the Sims Holiday Pack and Family Fun Stuff. Any furnished houses using recolors or other meshes also require the current version of CEP.

Here you will find basic Sims 2 houses (and occasional The Sims) for your Simmies to start out or raise their families. Nothing super fancy just honest to goodness simple houses. There is custom content in these houses so you will probably need CEP for the items in these houses to work. I have permission from the creators to use the custom content in these houses. Please enjoy your stay here. I want this to be a fun and enjoyable place for everyone. I would also like to thank all the custom content creators for making these houses possible.
Also, as time (and real life) allow, I will do occasional updates for The Sims and Sims 2. There may be some houses, that due to their size, will not be able to be posted at this group. These houses will have links to ultrashare or some other similar site posted in the link section. I hope you enjoy your stay here. I want this to be a fun place for you to be.
