Who:- Command Crew, Simulant Commander.
Where:- Drive Room

Jay took a seat at the helm position of the drive room, it had been a while
since he sat here, giving the job to his subordinates in the navigation
department but right now a complex series of manouveres was needed and he
didn't trust anyone else to do it.
"All hands" he said into the ships comm "This is chief of navigation Jay
Chrysler, we will shortly be crossing the field of electromagnetic and
gravitatonal disturbances into the galactic core, it's gonna be a bumpy rid
eso holda onto something!" he clicked out and took a deep breath then
gripped his hands on the control stick.
Jay pushed forward slowly, tenderley on the throttle stick and the hulking
space ship slowly set itself in motion.

The centre of the galaxy was surrounded by a huge field of disturbances that
would tear a ship to pieces if it's pilot wasn't awake, there was no way
around it, only through it.

Jay was right now trying to find a way through that wouldn't result in 1000
people being scattered over a large area...other than of course the floor of
Parrotts bar where there was already several people scattered across the
floor.

The 'Dwarf entered the field, lightning bolts cracking off its hull,
scorching its rusty blue metal. The manouvering thrusters fired, pushing the
immense craft downwards and leftwards then straightening up and pointing
upwards and rightwards again as it manouvered its way around the vast forces
at work. Beads of sweat dripped from Jay's forehead.

The ship was rocked violently as it made contact with a gravitational eddy
that Jay had failed to spot in time, as he fought to regain control of the
ship, he heard coffee mugs smashing behind him, and data disks scattering
across the floor.

After 4 hours he leant back in the seat and flung his arms outwards. "Holy
smeg...." he said "That..was as hard as convincing Mini-Phil theres more to
life than goat porn!"

He spun around in his seat to face the commanding simulant. "So what now?!"

"NOW" it replied "WE GO TO THE SURFACE"

"Of what?!"

"THAT!" the simulant tapped in a command into Jay's console and prompted him
to look at the screen. "There?!" he said, surprised.
"There's a planet there?!"
He tapped in a string of codes, and glanced at the information.
"CLASSIFIED?!" he said "WHY IS IT CLASSIFIED?!"
"THAT IS NONE OF YOUR CONCERN" replied the simulant, who turned to Alota. "I
WANT TO LEAVE IN AN HOUR, HAVE A SHUTTLE AND A PILOT READY"
"Now hold on!" Alota said "My chief of navgation, who also happens to be my
husband and the person I trust most has informed me that the only
information we hold on this planet is classified! I'm not sending any of my
crew down there without knowing what's down there!"
"YOU DONT HAVE A CHOICE!"
"Phil" said Alota looking at the chief of security "Opinion?"
"No way" he replied
"YOU DONT UNDERSTAND ME" said the simulant, who's name for the record was
Pyle O'Sheit, "THE DECISION IS NOT YOURS TO MAKE"
"THE HELL IT ISNT!" Alota shouted "NOONE IS LEAVING THIS SHIP UNTIL YOU TELL
ME WHATS GOING ON!"
"I CANT DO THAT!" replied the simulant calmly, "SPACE CORP ORDERS"
"Tell me, or noone leaves."
"EITHER GIVE US A SHIP AND A PILOT OR YOU WILL BE RELIEVED OF DUTY"
"Not a chance in hell"
"THEN YOU LEAVE ME NO CHOICE CAPTAIN" replied the simulant "YOU ARE
RELIEVED"
"UNDER WHOS AUTHORITY?!" Alota screeched "THIS IS MY SHIP!"
"UNDER THE AUTHORITY IF THE ENTIRE EARTH ALLIANCE" he said showing Alota a
datapad with the orders that stated the ship was his to command as soon as
the ship entered the galactic core.
"NOW GET OFF MY BRIDGE CAPTAIN BEFORE I HAVE YOU REMOVED"
Alota said nothing, orders were orders she stormed off the bridge.
"NOW" saidthe simulant "LET THAT BE A LESSON TO YOU ALL, CROSS ME AND YOU
WILL BE PLACED IN THE BRIG AND SUBKECTED TO COURT MARTIAL ON RETURN TO
EARTH" he said this into the ships comm so everyone heard it "WE ARE NOT
HERE TO MAKE YOUR LIVES DIFFICULT, WE ARE NOT YOUR ENEMIES. WE SIMPLY HAVE A
JOB TO DO THAT REQUIRES YOUR COOPERATION"
he shut off the comm and turned to Jay "NOW MR CHRYSLER, ABOUT THAT SHUTTLE
AND PILOT"
