It was reported two weeks ago by Paupers' members that strange
occurrences were happening in the Rose Garden late at night. In a
most recent incident, eye witnesses claim while staking out at the
Paupers' Garden for any supernatural sights, they were indeed greeted
by a ghost!

One member was quoted as saying, "It rose up right out of the water!
It came riding right towards us and then vanished in plain sight!"

The witness later goes on to explain that during the night, the
specter of an armored knight upon a horse rose up out of the Garden's
pond and rode across the water's surface towards the dock, before
vanishing into the night.

Other bystanders claim to have repeatedly heard eerie sounds on
occasion, from the galloping hooves of horses to the faint moans of
men being carried on the wind.

While this paranormal activity continues to be investigated, the
House of Paupers encourages members and guests alike to be ever
cautious at night.
