The Winter Swiss Tournament will start next Monday Eve, Jan 2nd and will
last for five (5) weeks.
There will be unlimited Half Point Byes available, but:
a player must tell the Director in advance of his first game if he wants a
Half Point Bye on the Last Round. Also
he will not be awarded a Half Point Bye on the Last Round if that Half Point
is needed to give him the Championship.
