You pick the scaling on your map. For myself I have
done maps ranging from an Inn where an inch was about
5 feet to world maps where and inch was about 500
miles. I have never used there support, so I can't
verify how good it is. I haven't made any custom tool,
but I have done a few custom props. Usually I take an
existing prop similar to what I want and save it as a
different file before modifing it. This puts it on the
same scale as other props. I have made things like
swamp trees, a fountain with a statue, a special
lighthouse, Huts and a few other buildings.

Sorry, by "PNG support", I didn't mean they're tech support, I mean the fact that the program now uses PNG's along with BMP's fpr objects. Do using PNG's seem...

PNG's actually seem to be the best choice. I think the only other thing I have tried is jpeg's and they sometimes have a problem with background ... ...
