Yes.

But tell me first, what genre are you playing in, and what
combat options are you using?

It's an important question to ask before you start
supplying such things. You may also notice we don't have
any stats, really, for medieval weapons, either.

That's because -- at least in the games we play -- having
a gun is much like having a sword. What matters is the
effect it has in the story.

For me, I'd just go with the straight-up "superiorities"
method used in "vanilla" Fate combat, and have a 'Superior
Firepower' notion. Start and end of story.

But the answer might be different, depending on what
set-up you're using.
