I will say though that there may be some value in my rules for engagement,
opportunity attacks, push/pull/slide, flanking, phalanxes, shifting, etc. These
work with normal SotC zones. They might be good for people who like to have a
map and figures on the table when they play (or magnets on the white board,
maybe) and want a little more tactics in combat. For normal SotC games (i.e.
without 4e powers), I was bundling these techniques in a Tactics skill.
