I am polling the rest of the authors now and think we will be able to work something out for acting personnel -- we should be able to provide you with a PDF suitably marked as material donated to US and Canadian service folks. If the rest of the authors are onside, I'll work out a way to get that to you, and we'd like to ship you and yours some dice as well.
