Also, doesn't personal combat also have the "never the same skill twice" rule? Are we taking about more than the rule (iirc) that you can't use the same skill twice in a row in the same turn?
I'll be honest -- I can never remember exactly what we wrote down as compared with how we played the last time we sat down to it. It's a good rule, so it's probably in there, but so far our fans have a better literal grasp of the rules than I do since publication. :D
