Description

This group is for those interested in gaming World War One (WWI) with the Flames of War rules by Battlefront. A variant rules set with army lists, weapons, tactics, etc. 15mm figures, reviews, comparisons, etc. "Flames of War is a registered trademark of Battlefront Miniatures Ltd, and is used without their permission.

They were training photos. Very few photos in WW1 are not posed in some way, so not really any different for this issue. German MG crews were typically made up

What they don't say is that these are publicity photographs and the gunner had to revived with a glass of schnapps after posing with the over- heavy MG.
