Hi Alex, and welcome,
I'm not sure what info you need to upload upload. There are character sheets in
the file section. The links section has at least one link to a character making
guide. You can't (legally) upload any of the cards or other copyrighted
information, but there are other ways.
I've run Everway online, using IRC and other real-time chats. Players and I
find images online and post link to 'em for pictures. For the fortune deck...
well, I just draw. I used to tell the players every time I drew and the result,
but over the years I've become a bit lazy about that.
Back in the days of Rubicon, Evan Sass (Hi, Evan!) made an online widget which
would draw a card. It was imperfect (it drew from the complete deck every time)
but cute. Once, I made a script in IRC which would draw a card and list it. No
pics, just "War - Reversed (Evil Effort)" and whatnot. It would remember until
I got to the Usurper, then reset. Unfortunately, I needed quite a bit of
outside help to make it, so when I lost it I couldn't redo it on my own. :(
In the long run, it's easier just to have my deck by the keyboard.
Hope that helps,
John
