100.
I have studied this question thoroughly. The percentage is 65% (+ or - 2 %). I did a lot of research on yahoo. Of those players that were over 65% I could determine (as best I can recall now) about 75% of them cheated. I determined cheating as they won 20 to 70% of their games because their partner forfeited. Of course, I can not establish more subtle methords of cheating.
A player who can win 65% on the time in yahoo in a 1 in 1000 players.
(Naturally, a player who always plays very good players could be a 1 in 1000 player but this could be established up in his yahoo stats)
It is more difficult to interpret the stats now because yahoo no longer keeps a complete history of
every game as they once did.

Since euchre has such a high element of luck, I wonder if a cheating

matter?
And when I say a "cheating team" I limit it to the only kind of
cheating you can do on Yahoo! Namely, signaling your cards.
I approximate that when a great team plays an average team (neither
cheating) the great team should expect to win only about 70 games in
100. I'd expect that a cheating team wouldn't be able to do much
better than this.
