Thank you Allen,
yup, must admit we did have quite a lot of fun... :)
We used an adapted version of a set of 1:1 simple, fast and fun rules for
ancient and medieval called FAST'n'FURIOUS! and designed by us for
skirmish scale games using 25-28mm or 1/72 plastic figures.
The rules are available freely here:
http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/fandfskirmish
basing is standard DBx-compatible...
We had also set up special objectives, the background is the war for
supremacy that is currently shaking the Trog world, and each one was
playing a Trog leader attempting to increase his personal prestige by
performing a series of sacred rituals and beating the creeps out of
everyone else. The scenario was presented here in Italy, I'm still in the
process of translating it and then I'll post it in here... anyway the
rules are already in English and quite usable as they are!
Cheers,
Claudio
