Alright. No worries, I'll keep you posted. You should be able to organize a league on Medalist Boards so small players can also join Medalist Events. What's good with Medalist boards is the Parity Points or Handicap System by which small players and go up against big players based on their ratings. Easiest way to establish temporary entry rating for league is by playing 10 games of Count-up. You may want to make a tournament out of it before doing the league. Unlike Steel Tip, with soft-tip you can quantify individual stats.
Once a league or program is established, the 40 Games Minimum Rule will take effect for players to qualify in any Medalist event. I will send you a sample league format which they use here in Thailand. Please see attachment. You should talk this over with Elsa and Michael coz we would really like to see Pinoys playing in Medalist Events.
Feel free to ask if you have more questions. Goodluck!

Hi Iard,
Great to hear from you, finally!
Thanks for the invite, but alas the Medalist Asia International falls on the same date as
the 1 Million Peso Philippine International Darts Open (Dec. 5-7) which will be followed
the week after by the Manny Pacquiao International Darts Classic (Dec. 12-15)
with a 2 Million Peso Cash Pot.
Please do keep us informed of upcoming Medalist events as soon as possible.
Do note that the Electronic Dart-throwers Philippines is on standby and willing to
assist Puyat Sports in putting together a rating scheme for all philippine players.
Regards and Thanks,
