General de Brigade isn't written for 6mm but works well. You can use more figures per battlion and use a roster or just play with the same number of 6mm figs...

Depends when and where. The order to return the 2nd, 3rd etc eagles was in something like 1809 and some were slow in returning them - especially in Spain IIRC....
