This group discusses, celebrates, and even plays the Dune Board Game On Line. Dune is an intense strategy game once produced by Avalon Hill and was based on Frank Herbert's science fiction classic of the same name. You could also open up only one or two strongholds . Say that Arrakeen and Carthag lose their occupancy restrictions after the Shield Wall has been blown. Or

As I was reading David's thoughts, I had an idea...what if in normal play, there was a limit to 2 players per stronghold, but, add a clause that states IF a

I agree that this rule is not realistic, but I don't really see this as a problem. Many dune rules are absolutely unrealistic, but it's just a game with a cool
