Diplomacy Direct exists to help the new player of online Diplomacy have an enjoyable experience while gaining a fast track into the hobby.

Since abandonments and late order submissions plague most online "newbie" games, Diplomacy Direct seeks to be a temporary community of like-minded new players who are committed to fair, timely and enjoyable play through:
-no abandonments
-minimal late orders
-civil and frequent press in press games

Unlike normal "newbie" games, our games are only being offered to players with a record of a high ontime ratio and no abandonments. So the games always proceed with no unnecessary delays and are usually a great deal of fun to play.

In order to join Diplomacy Direct, one of our GMs should recommend you.

To remain in Diplomacy Direct, you must:
-have no willing abandonments or CDs within our group
-maintain at least an 80% ontime ratio
-have less than 2 combined game ejections
-always play fairly, following the Diplomacy Rulebook,
the EP House Rules, and the Diplomacy Direct Special Rules
