There are homesites shown on Sablina's maps, but they do not include some of the newer ones...for that, go to the DR message boards and look in the Estate...

I believe if you TAP the floor it toggles your ability to dance in your home or not. It's in the news so look for that little tidbit there. Hope that helps :-)...
