If I remember right, the sea-green tent is the tent where all of the spells that are in preview go. You have to be of that spell's guild to get it... Myridean...

There are homesites shown on Sablina's maps, but they do not include some of the newer ones...for that, go to the DR message boards and look in the Estate...
