OH dear....I guess I really got it messed up....I didn't know I had to get any scrolls.  How do I get that?  Yes, I can be dense sometimes....

type what you want it to look like send it and put the scroll in your backpack (etc)

this is the alterer notifiying you as to wether or not your description, etc was accepted or they will make suggestions on wording and such.

Once it says it is accepted you hold the item in your one hand scroll in the other and accept (i believe) and in afew moments it is done and your item is altered.
