if you got a LTB scroll from one of the premium tents you dont need to put your name on the list.

just read your scroll it will tell you what to do.

basicly you need to have your item in one hand and the scroll in the other

type what you want it to look like send it and put the scroll in your backpack (etc)

you will get a notification (if you hve logged out and come back later) you will see something to the effect that you notice some writing on your scroll or some such.

this is the alterer notifiying you as to wether or not your description, etc was accepted or they will make suggestions on wording and such.

Once it says it is accepted you hold the item in your one hand scroll in the other and accept (i believe) and in afew moments it is done and your item is altered.

OK  I found the portal....and some things I just loved.  But, I wanted
to get an alteration for my LTB, and the list is there, but never
open?  How do I know when it will be open, etc?  Is there a date that
this happens?
