You can find the information on p. 4 of the JLA Sourcebook. (Ignore the
first line.)

The villains (members of the Injustice Gang 1) on the regular dice are
Joker, Circe, Mirror Master, Ocean Master, Dr. Light, and Jemm. Lex Luthor
is on the Wild Die.
