Hi just starting out in DBA,so far I have a viking army (40b) and have
figures to make either a Pictish,Pre-Feudal scots or Scots Isles &
highlands army .Any advice or thoughts on which army would make for a
good balanced game would be much appreciated.

Ian, It costs both because your moving an individual unit, pip for that. And you measure from one of the front corners to the rear corner you are moving that...
