... I wet sanded my final coat with 600wet sandpaper to get rid of fine dust particles,left after drying then i used white rubbing compound to remove the fine

Would it be correct to sand the final coating of polyurethane, or to apply it very thinly or even cut with something to give it that glass like smoothness and
