Out and About
---
I've recently accepted the opportunity to be the Chess Guide at
About.com. The position, previously held by David Dunbar, has been
vacant since May 2002.
I don't have the time to work on my World Chess Championship web
site, prepare these 'Chess History on the Web' articles, and create
the material for beginner & intermediate players that About requires.
Something has to go and I've decided that it will be this email list.
It's been a tremendous learning experience for me and I'll miss it.
Special thanks to everyone who took the time to write to me during
the past three years. I've enjoyed corresponding with all of you and
I hope that, from time to time, you will visit About to see how
things are progressing.
Adieu,
Mark Weeks
