The PDF I call "Spider Meat" is a hybrid article/extended adventure seed for use
with Uresia: Grave of Heaven, but it can be easily adapted to any fantasy game
with a sense of slightly off-kilter swashbuckling romance, grisly mystery, and
established fondness for culinary themes and fantasy textiles. Okay, so maybe
it's mainly just for Uresia, but I bet you'll enjoy it anyway (and if you've
been curious about what Uresia is like, a copy of Spider Meat will help provide
that "warm thrill of confusion" folks sing about). A version of this material
was originally prepared for Beyond the Storm, an RPG charity anthology
supporting survivors of the gulf-coast hurricane disasters of 2005; this new
version includes a few spiffs, corrections, rebuilt maps, and 4% more warm,
delicious gator gravy. Snag it!
