This variant has it all The Roman Empire, Goths,Vikings etc.
The Barbarians can build outside of home SC and
change armies to navies, but the Romans can not.

The game is unusual in a number of ways, it has
a 100 dollar Diplomacy bond market attached to it.

The GM plays the Roman position by sending Rome's
next orders out with each adjudication!
The Game is Gunboat style with Grey press.

Open Positions; Huns, Nubians, Punics, Vandals!
Viking position taken by Eric the Red!
Ostrogoths position taken by Theodoric!
Huns position taken by the Black Knight
