Diplomacy The Last Emperor - Justinian the Great 0483-0565

This game reflects the rebuilding of the Roman Empire
by Justinian the Great 0483-0565 who codified Roman law,
giving women the right to inherit their husbands property,
run business, all that stuff the Taliban dislikes.

His General Belisarius reconquered large parts of the
Roman Empire, Italy, Spain, and Carthage.
The Code of Justinian still exists, and is the model
according to which most of the countries of Europe
have made their laws.

He was the First Emperor of Byzantine
and THE LAST EMPEROR OF ROME!

This variant has it all The Roman Empire, Goths,Vikings etc.
The Barbarians can build outside of home SC and
change armies to navies, but the Romans can not.

The game is unusual in a number of ways, it has
a Diplomacy bond market attached to it.
With a feature I can not mention or spam guards
will kill the Email.

The GM plays the Roman position by sending Rome's
next orders out with each adjudication!
The Game is Gunboat style with Grey press.

Open Positions; Huns, Nubians, Punics, Vandals!
Viking position taken by Eric the Red!
Goths position taken by Lief Ericson!
