Oh and I do agree, when you have many mu* windows all flashing, the
task bar icon can flash pretty erratically. I think it's just a
combining of all the flashing sub-windows. Where somehow perhaps,
instead of each of the sub-windows flashing the main window, if the
main window could just flash itself, and the sub-windows just tell it
to start or stop flashing, and the main window keeps a count of how
many sub-windows are actively flashing (or just does a poll of them
each cycle). If the count is zero, it stops flashing too. If one or
more, then it flashes, but on its own, so it's a regular flashing.
Of course making the program actually do that might be a lot trickier,
based on what it's doing now. :-)
