I have used Rapid Fire - but historically correct TO&E's, not some rule writer's fantasy!  Actually, that rule set worked very well for WWI...... ... From:

LOL They make a great Napoleonic firing line too!  Did you notice they are all either officers or paratroopers (wearing the small "musette bag" pack)?

lol: probably why I bought all the ESCI figs I could since they were somewhat closer with crew served weapons.  I also added a HUGE amount of metal to cover
