Time: 1646
Scene: Main science lab, Uss Cherokee

Once the Captain had left the science lab, James had gone back to work on the
probe, and also on the sensors to try and pinpoint any variation on the supposed
'albino' Clarisanthians that they now believed were down on the planet surface,
along with the Cherokee crew.

As James went towards the probe, his assistant, Yani, came from the back of the
room and said "We've got the sensor readings broken down now Sir, looks like we
can try to home in on certain aspects of this other Clarisanthian 'cast', for
want of a better expression" he said.

"Splendid, Yani, well done" James replied "Just double check on that before we
set it up andhook it into the ships main sensors will you, I just need to have a
quick look at the probe for something."

Nodding his head, Yani moved passed James. On reaching the probe, James took up
a small scanner and reached inside the probe to the small balck box recorder
he'd found earlier. Turning the scanner on, he started to check the readings
when he heard Yani say "That's odd, I'm picking up an internal transporter
beam..."

Then all hell broke loose as the ship lurched and James was thrown to the
ground.

"What the hell was THAT!" he shouted out "Yani, are you alright?" he called from
where he lay on the ground.

There was a moments silence, then he heard Yani reply "I'm, I'm ok Sir, but I
think you should come and see this."

Rising to his feet, James turned to where he knew Yani was and was about to ask
a question when the words just died on his lips. Standing beside Yani, phaser in
hand, was a Clarisantian, not just any Clarisanthian, but one of the 'albino'
Clarisanthians.

James was lost for words for a couple of moments, but then gathered himself,
swallowed back the bile in his throat and coughed. Once he was sure he could
speak properly he asked "Am I to assume that the cause of the ship to lurch like
that was because of something you did?"

The Clarisanthian didn't reply, he simply turned the phaser towards James...
