Axeblade_Sims updates with a hacked fountain,it requires no
expansions, is available everywhere, it maxes out the sims bladder
score,and adds a point to their fun score, 4 sims can use it at the
same time, and it uses new animations,(that are already in your
game), they look like their casting a spell to 'charm their bladder
