Deirdre and Veronica were approached by some of the warrior women of Deirdre's force. After a brief talk Deirdre turned to her daughter and apologized for needing to attend to some matters but gave Veronica a small pouch full of coin and gems to spend in the city.
Veronica sighed a bit and hugged her mother farewell before turning to look at the city before her.
"Well, I hope the natives are friendly." Veronica roamed into the city to see what sites and wonders she could find within.
Kari had left the castle about an hour prior looking for something to do. Her father was off on the sea as usual so her original idea of having lunch with him was out.
So, Kari had decided to go into the city and do some shopping or just to walk and enjoy being out of the castle. As she looked away from the window she had been looking into Kari did a double take as she was sure she saw Veronica about two blocks away. Hurrying towards the woman she realized hse had been right.
Approaching Veronica with a large smile Kari said," Veronica, I am so happy to see you. do you have any plans for the day?"
